Unlike similar corporate social activities I've attended... Staff put zero effort into welcoming/ acclimatising the groups, explaining the activities/ supervising, fostering competition, giving hints for improvement... An hour spent watching 20 colleagues (myself included) repeatedly failing to hit a baseball was an incredibly dull way to spend an evening.

We had such a lovely experience at Moonshot in Shepherd’s Bush. The service was genuinely excellent and a special thanks to Vani and Ben, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
