Some of requirements of the redesign project included: a multi-program registration portal, integration with 3rd party systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce, payment platforms), merging content/users from a second website into our main one, and redeveloping a custom test scoring and reporting tool used by volunteers. Our website is utilized by several distinct constituent groups, and addressing their very different needs often requires complex functionality and workflows. Conclusion Due to Zoeks lack of communication and failure to meet contractual obligations, I have experienced inconvenience and financial loss.
