MuteSix's website claims a "ROI-first approach" which certainly was not the experience I received. Prior to working with them I was achieving just over a 2x Return on ad spend (ROAS) and was looking to scale things up, which is why I came to them. During the period that MuteSix managed my ad account performance plummeted to 0.6 ROAS and they were spending vast amounts of money on consistently unprofitable campaigns, as well as overlooking key ad issues and overspending on the ad budget we agreed. I gave them multiple opportunities to turn this around and given my previous track record and the unique nature of the products I sell, it's incredible they couldn't even achieve break even. This shows a complete lack of skill and performance marketing knowledge within the team. Since taking back control I've increased the ROAS to 2.56 in just over a month and am now scaling the ad spend.Considering the claims on their website and the agency fees they charge this has been a terrible experience that would have put my company out of business if they continued down that road. If MuteSix is the 'leading agency in performance marketing' they claim and only achieves those results I must be some kind of wizard at performance marketing.UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: they stated they'd contact me to 'ensure the issue is resolved', but in fact their Senior Director of Client Success contacted me and wanted a phone call for their benefit, to gather feedback to improve their processes moving forward, not to resolve the issue at hand. Once I responded I never heard from them again. Bit of a joke

We have worked with MuteSix for the past 9 months and have had an exceptional experience. The team has remained consistent (which we are finding is rare at other agencies), engaged and responsive all while being best in class at their discipline. MuteSix provides a full service agency that is super helpful to build your business on - we started with performance marketing and are now using them for SEM and most importantly, they have been reasonably priced for these services (which has been critical for us as an early stage business). This is a terrible company and certainly does not care about it's customers or helping brands. I called to speak with a representative of the company and without even talking with me about my needs, they reply by saying "we are not interested in working with you" and then hung up. It was very unprofessional and just shows how much they value the people that are paying their bills. I would not ever recommend reaching out to this company or consider using them in any capacity.- in response to your company’s reply: since I cannot reply to your response. I will add to my original review. The fact that you want to try and play it off as if I called the wrong number is almost as comical as you guys having someone go leave a fake positive review after I left a negative review about your company. You’ve never received a single review on your company for the entirety of you being in business and then somehow one hour after I left a negative review you magically have someone leave a positive review try and refute what I said. I will attach a photo of my outgoing call to the number on your website showing I did indeed call and talk to one of your representatives who is out collecting any data on what we were hoping to hire you for, tell me they are not interested in working with our company.

Read there yelp reviews. We had a very successful event here, but once a problem about contract terms arose this team caused an uproar and trying to hold our equipment hostage to enforce an uncharge for storage. Very Criminal like and illegal. They ended up letting the doors open after a long day. But they are a mature group of immature business people.
