Our experience with Chad and his team at Intuitive Reason was a great one. When we initially spoke about my project, they immediately understood what we needed and had a couple possible options right on the phone. It is hard to put into words how disappointed I am in Dynamic Quest's service. As an IT provider, they failed us on multiple fronts. They were never proactive in managing our systems, which led to severe security breaches. Our network was hacked multiple times under their watch, showing a blatant disregard for our cybersecurity. Moreover, their lack of responsiveness and inadequate problem-solving skills resulted in our entire network being down for multiple days on several occasions. This caused significant disruptions to our operations and highlighted their inability to provide reliable IT support. Overall, Dynamic Quest's services have been nothing short of disastrous. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable IT provider.
