Troy Web took over the maintenance and service contract for our in depth healthcare career information and job posting website. Their ability to seamlessly take ownership, clean up and bring our site into a stable wordpress environment was done not only quickly, but also flawlessly. During our time with Troy Web, a number of updates and additional features were required to be built. They were not only able to build these aspects, but also to correct past build issues in the process making the site more reliable on a daily basis. In the last 6 months of their service we didn’t experience any unforeseen downtime with our website, which is extremely important to the function of our site for those that access and use it on a daily basis. We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.

An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies.
