I worked at this company for a shot period of time and the review posted by former client is 100% accurate. Most of the people I met are super cool and many are super-talented. But the soft and managerial skills at the management level is not conducive of success, unfortunately. In the end, I realized how lucky I had been in my career so I was grateful for the eye-opener.

My development staff worked with HappyFunCorp over a multitude of times over the last year and their experience was that communications and the relationship on HFC's side was being conducted in an unprofessional manner compared to other providers we have worked with in the past several years of launching our newest venture.Due to these prior experiences, we have decided to cut our professional relationship with this software developer permanently. We we referred to them by another client, and at first we thought there was synergy, but that no longer seems the case as HFC is no longer following their values that at one time made them an industry leader.We will seek other options and there are far better developers our there for those seeking an alternative. We suggest you do your due diligence before contacting this firm. How this firm conducts business is critical to your success, so do yourself a favor and consider other solution providers.

There are several posts and discussions about this once awesome company for software development, that is now working through how to deal with the bankruptcy.We have had several colleagues that have attempted to contact this company, only to be told they are no longer accepting new projects due to financial constraints and need to reorganize.
