Rich Hawke and Lisa Vidal are both total professionals who have vast technical knowledge while keeping a fun, friendly, and professional demeanor. It's hard to feel comfortable on video but they do a fantastic job creating a comfortable environment while still getting top notch footage.

As the Director of Marketing & Communications for a non-profit, our budget for videos is limited; however, we want to have the best quality product for the dollars we have. I spent well over an hour researching different VHS conversion companies. I ended up going with Concept One to convert approximately 90 VHS tapes to a digital format. I could not be happier! Nancy did a fantastic job converting each tape. She labeled each digital file with a brief description and ensured each tape converted at a high quality. A few of my tapes were troublesome, and Nancy actually experimented with different machines and equipment until those troublesome tapes converted at a high quality. I am so happy I went with Concept One. If you want your family treasures converted the right way by a reputable company, go to Concept One and ask for Nancy!

My combustion engineering business is very technical and we needed a video about a breakthrough new product we were marketing to Utility Power plants worldwide. Andy Linda took the time to thoroughly understand the principles that made the product work and therefore he was able to creatively contribute to presenting our subject with the very limited footage and photographs we had available. I've used them for severl professional projects over the years as well as a personal photo shoot for my daughter with Scott.Professionally, they deliver outstanding work and always on time. We contracted with Inovit because of the quality shown on several of their website videos. They assured us that they could replicate that level of quality for us. After several months of revisions, we realized they just didn't have the ability to make it happen. We ended up doing their job because they refused to listen, producing videos that didn't come close to being accurate or professional. After months of trying to get a video that we liked, we gave up and lost our $3K deposit.
