Smart Start of Mecklenburg County recently teamed up with Yellow Duck Marketing for a comprehensive brand analysis and marketing assessment study. From the very beginning, I was so impressed with the level of engagement from the Yellow Duck team; this wasn’t just another job for them – all members of their team really dove in to understand our organization and brand, the demographics and subject matter we work with, the workload and capabilities of our team, and even engaged with key stakeholders. Throughout the project they continued to exceed expectations, making adjustments as needed while changes happened within our organization. The team members were a delight to work with, and they felt like an extension of our team by the end. The final results included priority recommendations, a strategic marketing plan, and new creative collateral materials; all of these pieces will be so helpful in launching the next phase of Smart Start’s marketing and communications activities.
