I've been leaving my company's marketing in the hands of Revity and have seen a significant change. In the past, I had tried with other agencies and didn't see any results until now. They made many changes, and we practically started from scratch because there were so many errors. They were honest and told me it would take time, and it has, but it has definitely improved by 90%. They continue to work daily to improve my rankings. Michele has been truly professional and has implemented all the strategies that he, as a professional, knows would work. Another thing I really like about them is that I have control and access to my account at all times, and Michele doesn't make any decisions without my authorization and takes into account any suggestions or changes I would like to make. Additionally, Michele speaks English and Spanish, which is convenient for me as well. I feel satisfied working with them. We need to improve our organic rankings, but I have no doubt that they work daily to achieve this. For now, I receive potential and real clients daily through the ads they also manage. In conclusion, I'm happy with Michele, Austyn, and the entire Revity team for helping me grow my company. I highly recommend them.

I worked with Will and Eric for 18 months. Will was helpful and great to work with.Upon completion of the CAD, I sent the CAD to three U.S. manufacturers. All three told me “the CAD is unmoldable, and several changes would need to be made, to make it moldable.”Modaliti delivered a CAD that did not work. When I called and asked them to fix the CAD, and to make it moldable, they quoted me another $4,000-5,000 to fix it. What?! They simply refused to correct their mistakes or deliver a functional product.I paid my U.S. manufacturer to fix Modaliti’s CAD errors.Modaliti’s CAD design was below the minimum level required for US manufacturing standards. It’s likely why Modaliti pushed me to manufacture in China.I would not recommend.

We contracted with BWP to create a style guide for us (the Utah State Courts). Brett and his team were great to work with. They were extremely responsive, efficient, and flexible. They created a brand new logo for the judiciary, along with an email signature tool, virtual meeting backgrounds, presentation templates, typography and colors, and more. Being a government entity, we have to be very budget conscious and BWP was very cost effective. Our entire management team was extremely happy with the finished products and we have received only positive feedback. Instead, she drove the conversation in a completely unexpected direction by saying, “I really want to work with you.” We scheduled a formal meeting, where I was given background paperwork and told to expect an official job offer the very next day. No mention on sending it to HR, there email or how to upload it on the website was even an option.I submitted everything promptly before heading out on a trip optimistic, grateful, and hopeful that I’d finally be able to take down my #OpenToWork banner; return and hit the ground running for her and her company.Unfortunately, that’s where communication ended. No offer. No follow-up. No response to any of my emails, texts, or voicemails since our meeting on June 10. All of my correspondence was through the VP even in her direct line where I texted and called asked if I needed any additional steps.I had reassured them that the 45-minute commute wasn’t a concern, and even shared that I was exploring relocation options for my family after the coming school year to make things easier. (We had just moved 6 months ago.) I’ve commuted this distance for most of my career it’s time I use to decompress, problem-solve, and strategize.This isn’t a review written out of bitterness.
