And so it becomes imperative to have a tech platform that works well, has design features that enhances the user experience, helps drive your business ideas to fruition and most of all, ACCELERATES THE GROWTH OF THE BUSINESS.In these key aspects, Logicwind has done very well to deliver. In my specific situation they had to find solutions to work around the problems and limits that come with a legacy platform. And despite it being challenging they found clever and innovative solutions that made it work.They have room for improvement in certain areas but I'm giving 5 stars because they have displayed the skill and determination to solve complex problems, do it at a reasonable cost and expend extra time and effort to make it possible.So whether you're a SME or a bigger business entity or even an individual seeking out tech solutions, they come highly recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience with their walk-in interview process. They posted about a walk-in drive along with a Google Form for registration. Nowhere in their LinkedIn post did they mention that candidates would require a personal invite to attend.I filled out the form and traveled over an hour in 40-degree heat while fasting, only to be told that I hadn’t received an invite and couldn’t interview. If a personal invite was mandatory, this should have been clearly communicated in the post. Additionally, if they were selecting candidates, they should have at least sent a rejection email so people wouldn’t waste their time traveling.This kind of poor organization and lack of communication is highly unprofessional. It reflects badly on the company and makes candidates feel like their time and effort are not valued. I hope they improve their process in the future to avoid misleading applicants.

EDIT: My review is still deleted by them.My review has been deleted a total of 14 times in the last 2 years.I don't know how many other negative reviews were deleted by the company till now to show their good image.Hello All If you're considering a position here, I strongly recommend connecting with former employees on LinkedIn to understand their experiencesThis company appears to operate with a short-term employment mindset. Many employees, including myself, observed that roles often lasted only a few months, after which people were either asked to resign or let go with little warning.In my case, communication became increasingly unprofessional after the initial onboarding. Some salary deductions were made under unclear terms, such as a “security deposit” never explained in the agreement. Despite offering flexible hours, late login—even by a minute—could lead to disproportionate salary cuts.While the office environment and social media presence may seem attractive, I suggest focusing on the internal work culture and actual employee treatment. In my opinion, the work environment became mentally stressful due to inconsistent communication and a lack of job stability and security.This may work well for some roles, like HR or sales, but if you're looking for long-term stability, growth, and a supportive tech environment, you might want to explore other opportunities.And I decided to leave the company after they withheld my salary for two months, and so I have to show the 11-month career gap in my CV.If you are still confused between positive and negative reviews, just find any of your relatives/friends/friend of a friend who worked or is still working for this company, ask about the environment in this company, and make your decision.My strict suggestion is that you don't join a company without an inquiry.
