For years I did my own website as a novice. As technology changed on the web my knowledge and skills became very outdated and I had to update things to remain relevant and current. I contacted John about an updated design and to change a lot of what I used to do to bring things up to date. He gave me a reasonable quote, took what I had and gave it a whole new look. What's better is that he introduced me to a much easier way of doing things, once the learning curve was achieved. Now, there are some things I am still figuring out for myself but John is, and has been, just a phone call away to solve problems or answer questions. Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.
