Sketchy people would be a polite way to put it.Kept sending advertisements to a general email box, I responded asking to unsubscribe, they started sending those advertisements to the email from which I responded.I wouldn't trust these people to do anything.

I had the pleasure of working with the Sparkbox team over the summer to revamp my small business website. I was assigned to two team members and they worked with me personally by having weekly discussions and keeping me up to date on the work. Even though I'm somewhat local, we did all our communications via video chat and email which was convenient. I learned a lot from them and liked all the ideas they had in mind to create a better user experience for the website. Their pricing isn't cheap - they do charge a high hourly rate in my opinion. One thing I didn't like was a lot of hours were used on things that weren't completed (they would start then realize it would take longer than expected and didn't have enough hours in the budget) but I tried to understand the situation. They did a little more work with the design than we originally planned but they managed to stay within my budget. If you want a website makeover and have a larger budget I would recommend this service to you.
