Hired Nikalabs a few years back because my website was a mess and I hated it. It was confusing, cluttered, and just straight up ugly!Originally I found these guys on yelp and I wanted to give them some love on Google My Business too!I own a carpet cleaning business in Santa Clara and I needed to find a company I could trust and feel comfortable with to build a great website. I called and talked to Ali over the phone I know that this was the right company and boy I'm glad I chose Nika Labs. I told Ali over the phone these exact words, "I want to build a clean, simple, yet elegant website" I wanted something that will be easy on the eyes and intuitive for my customers. I also expressed that there were two important tools that I absolutely needed 1) an online calendar 2) an online estimator tool. Ali, with confidence said, "We can do it no problem and we will optimize the site for both desktop and mobile web browsing". Ali's confidence assured me Nika Labs was the company to hire! He also said that once they are done I would be able to edit most of the text myself because they use Wordpress to build the site. I was sold and hired them to build the site.Ali and Nika Labs not only delivered they over delivered. They built a website I absolutely love! They listened to my every concern. My website is clean, simple, and yet elegant just the way I imagined it to be. I 100% love my site and can't stop looking at it. We hit some bumps in the road but Ali and Nika labs worked through them all. Do not recommend using this company at all. Their references seemed trustworthy, but the 20 month process with them has been abysmal at best.After engaging with Clavax to build a custom greenfield IOS app, we waited over 16 months AFTER our original due date for our "product" to be virtually unusable. Difficult to communicate with, over promise and under deliver on every aspect of project.We have had to spend more money with different companies to repair the broken code that they have put together and it continues to be a thorn in our side.They will bring excuse after excuse for why something does not work, their CEO will blame YOU, THE CLIENT, for the obstacles in project.We have tried to get a refund for breach of contract, inoperable product, corrupt files in repository, late deliveries, however, they refuse to acknowledge any of these issues.

Our arts organization interviewed three firms and Studio 22 came out on top because their aesthetic merged that of a high-tech organization and one of an arts organization. They delivered on time and the CEO was attentive and always available either in person or remotely. When we did meet in person, they were very easy to deal with. Studio 22 was great and I can only say positive things about them. We’re continuing to work with them on other projects.

This company sends spam email and I’ve personally received them in 4 different email accounts both personal and business. I called to confront them about it and they swiftly hung up the phone. Innominds is the worst employer I worked for in career. I would give negative stars if I could. In the first couple of years everything was fine but later they started to pay less.For example if I worked 40 hours they would only pay for 15 to 20 hrs. When asked about it, they said that they are having payment issues with customer and will pay the balance as soon as their invoices are cleared.This kept continuing for more than a year after which I resigned from Innominds. Every time I called they said they were looking into it and would release a check ASAP, but that never happened.They are CHEATERS. They take your hard earned money. Even if it takes longer, don't ever consider taking a job with this company, find a job with a company where people are honest and do not rob you of your hard earned money.

They've deactivated our site and put up this fake security notice until we give them more money. I know its fake and they're scamming us because its the same notice even if you switch browsers and none of the links take you anywhere.

This business is a total scam. I can't begin to tell you all the ways they scammed our small outpatient mental health practice. Please please if you are reading this absolutely do not hire them to create and maintain your companies website. After several issues with ODA we decided to move on to a new web designer. I have been trying to get in touch with ODA for months to give us our domain name back. They now blocked our company from contacting them. Before we were blocked we were told several times we would receive a call back but never did. They also use fake names, when you have a problem with one of them they change there name. Its so incredibly frustrating!!!
