Terrible service. They offered us an image and communications strategy and didn't even pay attention to what we do. The product was useless. They created a good logo for us, but the deliverables weren't suitable for printing, and the color schemes didn't match the image they presented. At the printer, they had to make proposals because the Folklore staff ignored them. The digital documents weren't easy to use, as the formats weren't user-friendly, so they couldn't be used by just anyone. The communications strategy was simply useless because it had nothing to do with our company. We asked for solutions and only encountered arrogant and haughty attitudes. I would never recommend them.

I called one of their executives to request an appointment and they told me that a salesperson would contact Migo later. 5 hours later I called and they told me in an annoyed tone that they already had my request and that the salespeople had meetings all day and in the afternoon they would call me to make an appointment. This was April 29 and well today is the 30th and I'm still waiting for your call.I think that's not good customer service. Greetings and success in all your projects.
