  Kaizen Apps is developing a mobile app for us. We provided information to jump start the project, and they gave us samples of similar projects they've done to give us an idea of what to expect. They provided a detailed scope of work that was over 100-pages long. We had several exchanges back and forth to tweak requirements for a few weeks. Our respective lawyers also looked over the scope. After the scope was approved, the team got into the project launch and began the design phase. The team started with a low-fidelity design and built swim-lanes. After that, they moved into high-fidelity design, which they're about to finish.Additionally, the Kaizen Apps team provides us with consultancy services to help us grow the app. For example, they've advised us on handling customer service and tools we can use to help with that aspect. They've also connected us to other parties that can help us.

  Our company hired Kaizen Apps to develop our site backend database and front-end. They did a fantastic job. The site was fully coded, from start to finish. It wasn't on WordPress, wix, etc. It also needed to contain a database. There were so many guidelines to follow that I was impressed that each was fulfilled with ease. I was impressed by the ability of receiving a fully working site and also having received SEO & Google Ads setups. An all-around company.

  Kaizen Apps provided a full redesign of our website and recreated it in WordPress in a fashion where we can easily make changes without them. Website redesign included homepage development, some coded items to reflect our framework, design ideas to display unique value propositions and many solutions page. The team was responsive and delivered in a timely fashion when we wanted launch to be beginning of the year. The website redesign as offered us a fresh look to reflect our updated solutions/services. It has also helped us on the backend to easily make some changes ourselves.The quick-turn around on requests and design items. Also Kaizen Apps availability to hop on a call - which at times was late at night when we were trying to meet a deadline. Very flexible and their team was committed to pulling it which exceeded my expectations. Kaizen Apps is also very clear on what is feasible, what is not, and price points accordingly - straight shooter - which was very helpful as we were developing ideas.
