We sought out an experienced WEB design company to construct the WEB pages for our small Craft Distillery. What we were looking for was a combination of experience, efficiency and cost and with Gallagher Website Design we obtained all three.First, in my research I looked for a company that had a history and found this with Gallagher Design. Examples of their product were impressive and suggested a firm that is not aesthetically fixed in their designs, and should an understanding of the intricacies of human/computer interface. What I observed were WEB pages that efficiently and logically presented the material to any visitor.Second, the process of creating our pages was one of ease and efficiency. We indicated to Gallagher Website Design what we were looking for and the aesthetics that we desired in our pages. This was very important to me as our goal was to have something different and yet pleasing to the eye. In no time at all they had a number of differing options for us to select from and we immediately selected a particular style, and were able to incorporate items from the other examples that we found pleasing.Once we had made the primary selections, again it was in short order that they presented us with a WEB design fully integrating the changes and suggestions we made. They listened to our suggestions, helping us along the way to obtain what we want.Once the primary creation was done, they even helped me to understand WordPress, the WEB design tool they used. This was essential as I was responsible for maintaining the pages (we are a small company) and I had a lot to learn. Gallagher Website Design was there helping me when needed and always quickly responded to my questions.Finally, the cost was important to us, but we did not want to suffer quality as a result of cost. We priced other options, but in the end we are extremely satisfied with both the results and the cost. As my mother always said "you get what you pay for" and we definitely obtained everything that we asked for, and at a very reasonable cost.In the end, I would highly recommend Gallagher Website Design. It was a pleasure working with them and we are more than satisfied with the result.

We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from this company. As a small, family-owned business, investing $5,000 in a website was a huge step for us, and unfortunately, it has turned into a frustrating and costly mistake.After countless meetings to explain what we needed, they consistently failed to deliver. Each time they asked us to “approve” changes, the work was either incorrect or barely addressed the issues we highlighted. The most critical function we needed for our business to run properly was never completed, leaving us with a half-finished website and no way to operate effectively.To make matters worse, they pressured us to pay the second installment of the bill, even though the contract clearly stated payment was due after the site was completed. We trusted them, but they took our money and failed to fulfill their obligations.This experience has not only cost us $5,000 but has also left us scrambling to figure things out on our own while losing additional revenue. We cannot recommend their services to anyone, especially small businesses who value their hard-earned money and time.Response to owner: I appreciate the response but would like to hear which part isn’t true. We literally had to pay another designer to make an illustration on canva of what we wanted our homepage to look like and submit it to your team so they could replicate it. This was after have multiple one on one meetings and even providing an already existing website from another company so you guys could reference it to create ours (which you guys asked for during our first meeting.)No one helped us or explained how to transfer our customers from our old billing system to the new one. And the monthly option was priced wrong which is still affecting us now. We’ve had to get rid of that option completely. You guys have our contact information, if you would like to reach out to us we’d be more than happy to receive the finished website we already paid for. And I would like to give a shout out to Pamela for being the only person who would advocate for us during this process.

Found on the web/hired this place to create our web presence. After 2 painful months, we moved our project to someone who started from scratch, because these young boys running this place are children in every sense of the word. Not professional, not even adequate. They yelled at our CEO and argued with everything.Kody's know-it-all condescending attitude. If he were my kid, I'd ground him for 6 months and make him eat his vegetables. This was excruciatingly painful and expensive.We are in a better place now because we started over with someone else who we made sure to meet in person. Everything we did with Iconic Web has been lost money and time. It was not usable. Thankfully we found a REAL design firm. Iconic Web is not a serious business. It feels like a group of kids practicing free enterprise system with their computers in between video games.

You can tell as soon as you walk into Big Sea that this is a special group. The team members exude warmth and positive energy and the vibe in their offices manages to be both laid back and cool while simultaneously buzzing with the quiet energy of people truly engaged by and interested in their work. I approached the creation of a website for my small business--which is really just me--with some trepidation; by definition, my work as a coach is focused almost entirely on the client, not on myself, so it felt awkward and uncomfortable to have to create and share so much content about myself. The team at Big Sea walked me through the process of mocking up and refining the design and color scheme of the website--the fun part--while gently prodding me to provide more and more content about myself and my coaching approach. And then what they did with it, especially Maria, who did the bulk of the writing, was really remarkable. She framed my experience and my philosophy in a way that I never could have generated myself, but with which I felt totally comfortable. The team at Big Sea turned a task I was dreading--putting up a website for my business---into an unexpected and genuine pleasure!
