Let me start by saying, I can clearly see that they are a reputable company based on their other reviews, however this is just my personal experience.I hired them to build our property management company a website. Without diving into every little detail, it just seems as though once the owner gets you under contract, the service goes down and then once they have you "off their plate" there doesn't seem to be much loyalty. Just profit over anything. Had a handful of small changes I was hoping to make to our website shortly after it was completed. These were simple changes. All I got back was a several thousand dollar quote. I understand business and that a company has to make money but there is a fine line on when you just do it and when you charge. On our business, if we can go a little above and beyond for our customer, we will do it to keep the relationship strong. This did not seem to be the case with DesignLoud. We had several projects that me and my partners were hoping to use them on in the future so this was disappointing. Again, just my experience and how I was left feeling by the end of it.

We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.

Mighty Fine Co. absolutely saved the day for us! After our original creator dropped the ball and failed to deliver on time for our company’s annual meeting, I reached out to Mighty Fine on a Thursday—desperately needing a completed video by Monday. Not only did they take on the project last-minute, but they also worked through the weekend to make it happen.They were incredibly responsive, even outside normal business hours, and provided creative suggestions to bring the project across the finish line. I sent them a reference photo and a voiceover, and they brought it to life in a way that exceeded expectations.
