I used this firm several years ago when I was a sole trader and found them very helpful, but sadly the quality has gone downhill. I signed up again when I started a new company, and it’s been very frustrating. Constant mistakes that I’ve had to spot and correct myself, nearly impossible to get hold of anyone consistently. Every time you speak to someone different, and they never seem to have any background on your situation, so you’re left repeating yourself.Be very careful before signing up. You get locked into a 24-month contract, and there’s a fee leave early. Definitely not the same service it once was, I wouldn’t recommend them anymore.

Yasir (the director of YRF Accountants) and his accountancy team were excellent. They helped to compile and submit my annual accounts and CT600, on time as promised, within 5 working days. Yasir is patient and very understanding as I was able to call when I needed and he picked up promptly to answer any questions I had. Therefore, great communication between this accountancy firm and the client! Yasir also goes the extra mile to help you. I asked if we could have a zoom call to go through my accounts and he happily obliged also, he sent me a template of a cash flow forecast which I needed for an application. I would recommend YRF again as they are professional.
