I've been a client of Harrison's Accountancy for several years and they are superb, seamless, effective and very professional. I found an amazing CPA! Stephanie is seriously the best - easily 5 stars! She's super quick to respond whenever I message her with questions. What I love most is how she breaks down complicated tax stuff in ways that actually make sense. When we needed to restructure our company, she walked us through everything step by step. No jargon, just clear advice. She also saved us from a total nightmare with the Florida Department of Revenue. We were completely stuck until she stepped in and sorted it all out! Honestly, Stephanie goes way beyond what you'd expect from a regular accountant. She's always looking out for us and suggesting smart moves we wouldn't have thought of. Stephanie has done my taxes for the past 2 years (personal return). She is easy to work with and the process is always smooth. Stephanie is accommodating as well and has a positive attitude. She is also very knowledgeable and has a masters degree in taxation, if I’m not mistaken. I trust her judgment completely. Good experience! Update June 2023: Steph has done my biz, personal, and trust taxes for years now. I don’t trust anyone else. She is phenomenal with her customer service, fair pricing, and attention to detail. Also she responds to you and communicates. Note that I’m very particular about who I work with and Stephanie exceeds my expectations every time. I did stray one year and went to someone else who did not do a good job and charged me double the price. That I regret and back with Taxes Tampa now!

I would like to share my experience with Amazon Attestation, which unfortunately has been very disappointing. My interaction with the company was related to arranging an insurance policy for my father. At the beginning, the process seemed straightforward, and the service fee was collected promptly. However, after receiving the payment, the company repeatedly made excuses and failed to provide the promised service. Despite multiple follow-ups, the insurance policy was never issued. As a result, I formally requested a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any reimbursement to date, and my calls and messages have gone unanswered. Due to the lack of response and resolution, I have been left with no option but to raise a complaint with the consumer protection authorities. I hope the company will address this matter promptly and resolve the issue in a fair and professional manner.
