They asked me to do two detailed tasks — including a deep website audit and advanced strategy plan. I gave it my full effort, worked for 2 full days, and submitted everything on time to showcase my skills.After that, there was complete silence. No feedback, no updates — not even a “thank you.” I followed up multiple times, but the HR contact stopped responding. It’s been over a week now.Honestly, it feels like they just used my work for their own benefit and had no real intention of hiring. It’s disheartening when companies take advantage of job seekers who are genuinely trying to build a career.If you’re applying here, just be cautious. Your time and effort deserve respect — and no one should be asked to do unpaid work only to be ghosted afterward.

I had a very disappointing experience with their walk-in interview process. They posted about a walk-in drive along with a Google Form for registration. Nowhere in their LinkedIn post did they mention that candidates would require a personal invite to attend.I filled out the form and traveled over an hour in 40-degree heat while fasting, only to be told that I hadn’t received an invite and couldn’t interview. If a personal invite was mandatory, this should have been clearly communicated in the post. Additionally, if they were selecting candidates, they should have at least sent a rejection email so people wouldn’t waste their time traveling.This kind of poor organization and lack of communication is highly unprofessional. It reflects badly on the company and makes candidates feel like their time and effort are not valued. I hope they improve their process in the future to avoid misleading applicants.

I had a bad experience with the HR Sneha S. Taken all the round of interviews and later told that my profile was kept on hold. In the JD it was given as immediate joiner. Later after one month the same HR post same opening. By seeing this I mailed HR keeping her seniors. The moment itself she called me back and saying that still my profile is on hold. I don't understand the logic. Earlier I was trying to reach out and she was not picking my call. Would have appreciated if she could have told that the profile is rejected. Same as the organization expecting Professionalism from candidate, they too expect transparency from the organization. In most of the organization HR like Sneha S is a curse.
