Novah by Akankshaa sells crystal jewellery and gift sets, and most people pick a piece because of what it means to them. Our old way of selling, which was mostly Instagram, did not show that at all. Mindrops built the complete ecommerce website for us, right from grouping the products to putting it live. Collections were set up as Signature Bracelets, Crystal Mixels, Luxury Line, Trims & Charms and Sets & Gifting, plus a second way to shop based on things like Abundance & Wealth or Calm & Clarity. Cart, checkout, wishlist, login and search were all built in the same go. The Watch and Buy part, where a video plays next to a product you can buy, gets used a lot. Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.

Page speed and mobile responsiveness came out noticeably better than the previous site, which matters given how many buyers now check suppliers on their phones first. One catalogue upload issue mid-project needed rework and added a short delay, though it did not affect the final launch date. The scientific instruments distributor now has a platform that actually reflects the business behind it. Mindrops has stayed on afterward for maintenance and content updates as the product catalogue keeps growing.

For a manufacturing brand entering the digital space seriously for the first time, the outcome is a functional website backed by website development services and an SEO foundation that gives the brand a real starting point for online visibility.

Agency Partner built us a pretty website... but it was slow and not technically optimized for SEO. The backend was very buggy, with many "useless" sections in the WordPress dashboard. I am a WordPress developer, but I am also the company's marketing director so we chose to have the site developed by an outside company. I spent approximately 20 hours working on the backend removing useless "features" and optimizing the site to pass the Core Web Vitals. It should've been a huge red flag when the company wouldn't show us the backend before launch. Additionally, when they launched the site they "no-indexed" the entire website! Recently, I sent a ticket to support to fix 404 pages. After getting no response for several days, I went into the site and fixed the error myself. They had the audacity to send me a "we fixed the error" email 24 hours after we fixed the issues ourselves! If you are looking for a well-built site, look elsewhere. This company is only good for pretty site that loads slow and is bogged down with junk. The company reached out and heard my complaints. There's not a lot they can do to make this right (since most of the work they left undone was finished by me), but at least they listened. They extended our site warranty to help fix any outstanding issues. I'm adjusting my rating to three-stars.
