The location is lovely, the interior is an open floor plan with considerable space engineered for meetings along with places to tuck into for invaluable peace and quiet. MindGrub has a pleasant Front Desk Coordinator who maintains shared schedules, provides true " air traffic control" of people, presents, and packages. as well as kitchens that provide abundant drinks and snacks:)It feels very much like home. When I joined, the company had 20+ employees; by the time I left, only 2–4 remained. That kind of attrition doesn't happen without serious issues at the top.The core problem lies in poor leadership, lack of clear vision, and obsessive micromanagement. Rather than focusing on company growth, the management spent more time controlling and criticizing employees than empowering them. Innovation and autonomy were discouraged, and decisions were driven by ego, not strategy.I led my team with integrity and professionalism, but it’s impossible to thrive in an environment where leadership neither listens nor evolves. The owner's comment about “direct report feedback” is ironic, given how quickly most of them left.If you're considering working here, take the turnover rate seriously—it reflects deeper, systemic problems.

I am very happy to have found OpenSource Technologies. I had an issue with an existing website which was based on an old oscommerce platform and was running on a deprecated version of PHP. Because I have multiple sites I was unable to change platforms with my existing host or my site would go down. Therefore I needed to install a new Ecommerce platform and needed some development time without my site going down during that time. Both Vikas and Minash were great about installing my new platform OpenCart 3 and providing a temporary development server to build my site which was going to take a few weeks. They were knowledgeable as I navigated the the new platform and very responsive to questions and suggestions. I am happy with my new site which is now live and thank them for making the project a lot easier than I thought it would be. I highly recommend them and thank them for working on my project.
