He once taught me some grammar in english, that's how much interest he took in me while I worked there. I have worked at Perceptive Analytics for approximately 10 months and my time at the company was awesome, to say the least.I have learnt a lot about sales and marketing which will be helpful for me going ahead. I have interacted with many clients and potential clients as well, and I got to learn a lot from these interactions.I also had a lot of freedom to experiment in my role, which was instrumental in enhancing my experience. The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.
