Every year our organization recruits 50 to 100 freshers and they undergo 3 months of training before they are deployed on projects. This year we chose Netskill as our training partner for providing React, Java, Android and iOS training. I must say Netskill exceeded my expectations. Not only did the trainers have excellent technical knowledge, they also provided the new joiners with guidance on how to work in an agile environment. After the training our technical team spent very less time getting the freshers working on the project assignments. From now on we will consider Netskill not only for the freshers training but also for the specialized training for our experienced team members.

They had to have purchased my personal info from 4 years ago, and then they screw it up by not even reading my resume and sending me a job I wouldn't even remotely qualify for, even with my old resume. This is a company that rewards silence, punishes transparency, and thrives on exploiting high performers while protecting ineffective leadership.Despite consistently delivering high-impact results and operating well above my official title, I was never appropriately compensated or recognized. When I raised legitimate concerns about fair pay and accurate title alignment, I was met with stonewalling, gaslighting, and eventually locked out of all systems without explanation.To make matters worse, they tried to coerce me into admitting to something I never did—accusing me of violating policy based on a conversation that was actually initiated by the client and originally brought up by Milestone leadership themselves.The internal culture is fractured, uncommunicative, and driven by fear and favoritism. Leadership appears more concerned with covering for themselves than doing what’s right for their people or their clients.Milestone Technologies is not a place for ethical professionals, strategic thinkers, or anyone who values honesty, fairness, or accountability. Proceed with extreme caution.

Company is placed right next to main road above Bata showroom so accessibility couldn't have been any easier. Employees are very warm-hearted & welcoming from the get-go. They have nice breakfast arrangement for employees and everyone out there has a professional attitude, creating a culture. During my visit, I even noticed seniors training new-hire, which undoubtedly was amazing. Not sure though if there is cab facility available or not! Quick access to local 'tapris' in the vicinity as well. Personally I felt owners and top management are open to constructive discussions and continuous process improvement & innovation. Though company within itself is hygienic & well maintained, one thing I didn't quite like was that the building is slightly old thus the walls are painted throughout with solid colors (IMO playing around with ambience can be fun). Another thing I didn't like was empty reception area which I hope isn't always the case. And if I get lucky enough to ever visit again, I would love to see some sticker on the super clean (almost transparent) entrance door.😁
