Scammers! The person calling posed as Customer Service representative for my ISP. I had recently placed an order with my ISP and the caller knew about it. The person demanded that I pay the entire amount now otherwise the order wouldn't process. I argued saying that the rep yesterday said I don't have to pay until the service gets started. To which he replied that that's not how it works and I have to pay now otherwise they will sue me. I said call me back in half an hour and I will have my payment information ready. I didn't answer when I got the call back.

Don't go here if your time is really value to you, because if any girl is waiting in reception for interview then don’t even think to attend interview because they will not hire you they will hire only that girl. managers will also come out of theirs cabin and chit chat with girls but no one will ask about you...company infrastructure is also not good.

Avoid at all costs. They are great at selling you a dream during the work pitch, but the moment the contract is signed, they vanish. Getting a simple ticket resolved takes weeks to give salary To make matters worse, their billing is incredibly opaque—we were hit with several 'out-of-scope' charges for services that were supposed to be included. Save your money and find a partner who actually values communication. They have the worst management I have ever seen. I would give zero stars if possible include work is pathetic

I have worked in the company for four months. The environment was always positive. Salary credited on time. Trainer (Sushant Singh) ,Tls (Rudra Sen, Rana Chakraborty), Quality( Somendra Nath Ash ), even the manager, everybody were helpful all the time. Only glitch I felt,the processes they work with changes so frequently that at times, I found it challenging to stay engaged passionately with the work flow.

The trainer (Sushaant Bhai), the team leaders (Rudra Da and Rana Da), the quality analyst (Sam Da), the manager (Joseph sir) , and the HR teams were all very supportive, and the salary process was smooth.The only issue was that the job role was not explained clearly — I was told it was a chat process, but it turned out to be a soundbox process, which I didn’t enjoy and I left the company after a month.Overall, a positive work culture with a helpful team.I believe that cIear communication about roles would make it even better.
