Working with Josh, Ben and the BlackBox Productions team was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Representing Ndax, we brought them a challenge: develop a compelling campaign spot from the ground up — with a strong hockey theme — and do it on a tight timeline. They delivered on every front. From the outset, the team impressed us with their creative approach. They helped shape the narrative, bringing fresh ideas and a strong visual direction that captured the spirit of both our brand and the sport, even while navigating the regulatory playground they needed to reside in. Their ability to stay true to compliance while still delivering a bold, engaging concept was genuinely impressive.Their involvement in the casting process was also a huge asset — they found the right talent that connected perfectly with our target audience. What really stood out was their speed and reliability. Even with quick turnaround requirements, they hit every deadline without compromising on quality. On top of the production itself, Josh went above and beyond by helping us secure a partnership with a well-known local hockey influencer, which added incredible value and reach to the campaign.BlackBox Productions didn’t just produce a great spot — they were strategic partners who helped elevate the entire campaign. We would absolutely work with Josh, Ben and the BlackBox Productions team again on future filming projects. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to any brand looking for creative, reliable, and end-to-end production support.

My company worked with Josh and the BlackBox team on a video project we needed to have complete in Canada. Josh made the process so simple, by make sure we had all the details in advance and helped us prepare the team with everything they would need to know before the video shoot. After the completion of the video they got us back a first draft just a few short days later. After edits, Josh made sure we were happy with the final product. The video turned out great and our executive team was really happy with the video, thank you to Josh and his team at BlackBox. We will definitely utilize BlackBox for our next video shoot in Canada!

Unfortunately, my experience with JAF Digital didn’t meet expectations. As a small business owner in the wellness space, I was looking for a more strategic, hands-on partnership, to assit me with Meta advertising — one where the team would take initiative to monitor and optimize ad performance, offer guidance, and keep me updated without me needing to constantly follow up. Instead, I found myself chasing updates and struggling to get clarity on what was working. There were also significant missteps that directly impacted my business. The ad budget was set to $120/day instead of the agreed $50/day, which cost me an extra $490 with ROAS, and I didn’t feel proper accountability was taken for the mistake. After paying, there was also a 10-day delay before any work began, and I only found out the reason (a missing receipt) after following up multiple times.More concerning, my ad account performance actually went backwards. My existing ads — which had been performing — were all turned off and replaced with new ones that underperformed. I also later discovered ads were being targeted in the Philippines, even though my business is based in Melbourne, Australia.Since moving to a new ad agency, they’ve also identified multiple errors in my ad account setup, including spelling mistakes and structural issues that should have been caught earlier. This only confirmed that the attention to detail and strategy just weren’t there. There were some positives. The spreadsheet created for tracking was a good system in theory and Gerly, my project manager, was very lovely and kind to work with. But without proper processes to implement and act on that system, it felt pointless.Overall, while the communication with Gerly personally was kind, the execution and quality of work fell short. After one month, it was clear this wasn’t aligned with the level of service I was seeking. I hope this review helps other business owners make an informed decision.

I am constantly receiving emails stating shops are available to me. Tesla is an example. When checking, this shop never appears on the list. Doesn’t matter how quickly I open the email, there hasn’t ever been a Tesla shop shown.Another shop that they send to me is age restricted. But that doesn’t stop the repeated notifications they send offering the assignments. Doesn’t anyone parse these emails before wasting time sending them out to shoppers that they know, from our profiles, are not eligible to accept.Makes one wonder.

Sam Smith Review from Google

Sam Smith's Review Sourced from Google

Market Force offers rock-bottom secret shopper rates that I was a fool to ever accept. Market Force does not offer mileage compensation. In my sparsely-populated area, the combination of low rates and no mileage makes every secret shop a losing proposition. Some secret shops involved information security checks, and should definitely be handled by trained professionals rather than farmed out to the lowest bidder. It's a bad look for companies to entrust duties for such low rates. The online portal (through which shoppers have to submit all their information) feels like it was made in 2004.Once you successfully complete shops, you will be contacted by a bottom-of-the-barrel call center by someone who barely speaks English, offering you new shops. I opted out of these calls and they called me back anyway.

Hands-down the most solid guy out there that understands PCs. Alejandro is super understanding, patient, and honest. When he found out that my (outstandingly dingy) PC had engineering samples and wouldn't be considered for much of the salt I paid for for it, he told me straight up, something I really appreciate.Alejandro saw my vision for my dream PC setup and wanted to bring it into motion. He advised me in what I could do to better it and what could enhance the visuals.Alejandro also took my old PC and was able to salvage its parts, getting rid of what needed to be gone, and saving the parts that could be used once more. It saved me a lot of money. While we were chatting about my PC, he was also very down-to-earth and wanted to get to know more about me. He didnt see me as a client but as a fellow community member he wanted to help. Alejandro emphasized that it wasn't about the traction he got, but the people he was able to help and connect with.A bright, awesome guy who definitely loves doing what he does. I cannot recommend him enough. If you're wanting a new PC/needing help with PCs/want to consult someone--Alejandro is your guy!

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

Enginess did a great job launching our new website on their Advantage CSP platform. Unlike other content management systems, theirs allowed us complete freedom in the design and look-and-feel of the new site. this was important to us because many of our clients are creative agencies and the design had to resonate with them. No cookie cutter templates for us! At the same time, the platform offered us a powerful, full-featured back-end toolset that rivalled anything out there.
