We had a great experience working with the team at Highland to develop a new website for the Thoracic Surgery Foundation, a charitable organization aimed at advancing heart and lung health for all. Highland worked with us to re-imagine a dated website with limited functionality, and developed a a gorgeous new site that beautifully reflects the vitality of the organization. We anticipate that our award applicants, donors, surgeons and grateful patients will be able to easily navigate the new site and have a much-improved user experience. Jeff Blanchard and his team were exceptionally good listeners, and worked hard to create solutions for our complicated awards program. They provided good training to our team throughout the process so that we have been able to keep things updated and easily make changes now that the site has launched. The Miller group is a committed, savvy and creative partner who can look at a situation and break it down into a realistic strategy.We hired The Miller Group to help us get clearer on our strategy for our non profit's membership program. We had premium and free levels, and we needed help understanding what drove interest in joining and staying as a premium member. In summary, we needed to better understand what our target audience understood about and wanted from each of the membership levels. Renee and her team helped us do quantitative and qualitative research and to develop strategies to acquire new premium members. They successfully delivered hard data analyses and suggestions to help us implement different strategies including recommending a new positioning for us. The team helped us understand how to position free versus premium memberships and identify the key drivers for the different audience groups.
