I spend hours on completing the assignment for the company screening process, and after waiting for the review I received a mail saying the application is rejected, despite the fact that the assignment is up to the mark. Asking for feedback, was also not favorable. No response with it. It feels like a scam, asking people to work on mini task and rejecting them. This hurt a lot specially when someone is waiting for a good job from a long time and get rejected for nothing.This was my worst experience so far in my job hunting.

My interview was done and salary was discussed less than my previous CTC. I had asked them that the offered salary is less and the HR told to discuss with the recruiter if I had any issues with the salary and in the next 15mins I had given call to recruiter saying to increase the offer for 2k or ATLEAST 1k. I had been in touch with the recruiter always finally without even coming back to me or without even intimating that they couldn't make any changes in the offer, they have written the mail straight away saying my candidature is rejected.I think management should grow up.... I should not have given the one star...just to explain the scenario I had to give the stars.DO NOT PLAY WITH CANDIDATES

The time I spent at Manorama Web Solutions was one of the worst experiences of my life. Really, it has a toxic environment. Dominated by 2-3 people. Every time they say "we Care about your future," actually they don't. they just think about themselves. I was working as a social media intern, and really, even they don't know what social media marketing is. Every time they told us to come up with new things and plans, If I know what social media marketing is, then why I was working as an intern there? My office time was 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but I was leaving the office after 7:30 p.m. and still they didn't have satisfaction. And lastly, they don't even give the salary at the time, I had not received my 2.5-month salary, so I left the office. If anyone asks for their salary, then they have one line to say: "What you think office has no money?" If you have money, then why didn't you gave my salary? If anyone is thinking of joining here, my advice is don't do. You don't have any further here, so don't waste your time and knowledgeAfter this review they threatening me that they will take legal action against me because I have shared this review.

Its about 2.5 yrs ago that I got a call from the HR of this company for scheduling a Skype interview for me for the post of Business Analyst, as I was placed in Gurgaon at the time. Later on, I got a call telling me that I was selected for an F2F round the day after, that I was supposed to attend in Jaipur. I requested the HR a lot for scheduling the F2F round on Skype as it was a little difficult for me to travel to Jaipur on such a short notice but she insisted and assured me that they wouldn't take much time and will try to wrap up the interview ASAP. I went to Jaipur only to find out that the person who was supposed to take my interview was in Delhi for the day and they would schedule a Skype interview for me with him in the coming week. I didn't get any call from them in the next week so I followed up with the HR only to find out that the HR who scheduled my interview had left the company. Please don't waste people's time and money when you don't have to hire and yeah this company is above a factory so girls please don't even bother going alone.
