They are very slow at resolving issues when tickets are reported. I have been waiting 11 days for their technician to update my firewall to show the logging information for security threats. I have had to ask daily for updates and status, and they take days to respond. Definitely not recommended when it comes to security concerning your network!

We switched to eCreek this year and I have been very happy with the service I have received. They are helpful and service oriented. My only issue sometimes is that I use a Mac and some of the techs are not as up to date on Macs as others.

Wow! Did Issac save my day! On a Saturday morning I find I cannot turn on my Apple. It is black and no lights. Needed to complete this project today, as I am a lawyer and there are strict deadlines often, getting this fixed today was very important. Whether we're talking about small nuisances around the office or big OMG-type problems, there's always someone available to help.2nd - THEY SPEAK IN LANGUAGE WE UNDERSTAND. This is SO important. When I'm given suggestions about how to stabilize our network and security, they come down to my level. I really do know what they want to do and why.3rd - BNC technicians are HYPER-COMPETENT. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too.Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason?TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT.The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes...
