TrinWare is amazing. We tried several different tech/consultant/support companies over the years but TrinWare really stands out from the crowd. They are very slow at resolving issues when tickets are reported. I have been waiting 11 days for their technician to update my firewall to show the logging information for security threats. I have had to ask daily for updates and status, and they take days to respond. Definitely not recommended when it comes to security concerning your network!
