Is it possible to give NEGATIVE STARS?! Completely and utterly useless IT company. If we had to rely on them we’d be out of business. I end up just doing everything myself.Electric AI has been our it vendor for more than a few months and we have under 20 employees. Want something simple done like software updates, or apps installed on your company devices? you have to send them 34 emails and they tell you about how their “I’m sorry this is out of scope, our professional services team will send you an SOW to estimate the work because it’s a complex project.” And then 3 weeks later you get an absurdly complex quote when your project is long past dead. This goes for any simple task!!! What’s included in their monthly prices?We had a MAJOR password leak, and notified them to change passwords, they couldn’t figure out how to change them. They finally Found a manager who came on to tell us they needed to “quote the work.” This is all over slack and email. No way to speak to real people. Weeks later & no passwords changed. Total scam. They have a call center full of incompetent remote workers in South America that will make you BASH YOUR HEAD INTO A WALL. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS CIRCUS 🤡 🎪

We hired them for a little over 2 years and had nothing but issues and slow service. Not even 6 months after the contract started did they breach the contract by not onboarding properly and not providing cybersecurity documentation. There were days when they could not fix our server and we ended up leaving early for the day since no work could be done. We lost hours of work and had to work on the weekends to make up for it. They went through a security review for compliance in which they were given very detailed instructions to fix all the issues (which there were a LOT) and they never started after numerous follow-ups. We terminated our contract early and went with another IT company. It was found by the new IT company that Empist did manual fixes on a lot of computers instead of addressing the root problems. Overall do not recommend hiring this company if you have sensitive data that needs secure systems.

We went with Realnets on a whim, my pregnant wife and I needed help and they delivered ; ) When we first contacted Realnets we were skeptical, all that was washed away when Brian (the Owner) and his right hand man Ben came to our home to do the work themselves. DPC Technology is amazing! I don't know what we would do without them! We started with them almost 13 years ago when our dental practice was just opening! They helped to put us on the right track from the very beginning. They were right there to hold our hand and make sure that our new building was perfect. Not only do they provide the services you would expect from an IT support company (backups, help with equipment when it goes down, etc.) but they also help to grow your business. That alone separates Computer Camaraderie from most in-house appointments with people coming late and not always calling to say they'll be late. I had a total disaster after Best Buy's Geek Squad installed a new computer for me. It opened a new Microsoft installation with a new name, and it named me as Administrator, both without informing me or letting me know the new names. Several rescue tries with other organizations only resulted in the disappearance of everything, probably into the cloud although I didn't know how to retrieve them from there. My financial and medical and other info for the past 35 years were apparently gone. I was then referred here. They were very patient and helped me, even though I was finally resigned to never seeing my files again. Finally, though, Bryan managed to find my things. Everything's in different places now, and I've spent the past week trying to arrange the stuff to my liking, but it's back! I don't have to try to find my back taxes if they're needed! It's an enormous weight off my back. I highly recommend this business.

101 digital seems to have just shut down services, with no notice to it's clients. They don't answer the phone, and emails auto answer with a message to contact Anita at Sunny Direct, who also doesn't return phone messages or emails. They've left us in a very difficult position just as we head into our busiest time of the year. If they come back in any form, I'd suggest buyer beware!

Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.
