This is a terrible company and certainly does not care about it's customers or helping brands. I called to speak with a representative of the company and without even talking with me about my needs, they reply by saying "we are not interested in working with you" and then hung up. It was very unprofessional and just shows how much they value the people that are paying their bills. I would not ever recommend reaching out to this company or consider using them in any capacity.- in response to your company’s reply: since I cannot reply to your response. I will add to my original review. The fact that you want to try and play it off as if I called the wrong number is almost as comical as you guys having someone go leave a fake positive review after I left a negative review about your company. You’ve never received a single review on your company for the entirety of you being in business and then somehow one hour after I left a negative review you magically have someone leave a positive review try and refute what I said. I will attach a photo of my outgoing call to the number on your website showing I did indeed call and talk to one of your representatives who is out collecting any data on what we were hoping to hire you for, tell me they are not interested in working with our company.

The ladies that work at The Digital Dept. are angry, rude, and discriminatory. They used to be called 'Be Social'. They know nothing about the current influencer economy and the bosses seem to always give off an angry bitter energy. I’ve witnessed them talking badly about their clients behind their back. If you critique the company at all, they will blacklist you from industry events in LA. They operate like an MLM here. I don't recommened going into business with this agency at all.

Be Social helped me with my influencer program for my client’s beauty brand. They put together 100 gift boxes on a distribution to YouTubers, Instagrammers and bloggers for a new product launch we had in Sephora. We saw almost 100% conversion in the influence receiving the package and them posting, which was something we never saw as an organization before. They were quick, to the point and got the job done efficiently and effectively. We will be using them for every upcoming influencer campaign we have for launches. They get the beauty space, clearly have strong digital connections and it’s a very turn key solution for a growing beauty brand, or any sector for that matter.
