The Crema office is very cool. Lots of modern touches with a great view of the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. I recently attended a Design Sprint workshop and had a great time! My E-Commerce brand has been with OMG since 2015 (holy cow) and they’re truly a partner in my business, except they don’t get a cut like most partners would. They understand my business and my products; there have even been times where during a call my account manager has asked if x product was still out of stock and I didn’t even know it was out of stock. They’re eager to try new things, bring new ideas to the table and are willing to chase down whatever harebrained idea we come up with (we had one on our call yesterday). Our monthly calls are actually really enjoyable because they ARE actually doing something, even after all these years. One of my closest friends owns an marketing agency (like, was at my house for Thanksgiving, close), and I still stick with OMG, they’re that awesome. In the 8 years that we've been with them we have had only 2 different account managers, which is amazing, the old account manager has stayed with OMG, just gotten promoted (I think it's important that they're not leaving). There has been no turnover. They deeply understand our business goals and are careful to stay within the parameters we set for them. They're managing about $50k - $75k in monthly adspend. I'd recommend them to anybody, except my competitors.
