I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. When I explained to them my disdain for Wordpress, they happily introduced me to their new system, Waves. Whoa. Surf's up, internetters! Waves is where it's at.I finally was able to create a site exactly the way I imagined it. I didn't run into any of the problems that frustrated me in years past using other services, and it didn't take me long before I was humming along to realize my vision. I want a thing. After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.
