Several, seemingly reputable Philly WPress dev firms have made it feel like (despite advertising as pro-NFPs) because my project wasn't either a $20,000 gig or a cheap job that can be done with AI and Templates.But Luke picked up the phone.Sent me an email to reply to asap.Took some time to just poke about in my site.Tried a couple things... and refused paymentLuke, I apologize for putting that in the review. As a former Cafe owner I know I just invited others to expect that of you. So, to others ... don't do that to him. Luke is really so kind, gracious and generous. But he's also a talented young start up leader so don't go putting him in the position of wanting freeby help. Plus, I'm pretty sure he knew that if he did this little bit for us, he'd charm us for life. I've hired multiple web design firms and used multiple web hosting companies over the past twenty years. None of them come close to Roja. Not only do I finally have a website for my business that I love, I have been able to reach more customers and grow my business because my site is professional and makes sense. I'm a picky customer and I know what I want. This is the first time I've worked with folks who are able to take my ideas and not only make them work but bring them to life by taking them a step further. It's so great to have advanced technical knowledge and true creativity combined! In my experience that is rare. I won't use anyone but Roja Interactive again. Their customer service is excellent, they respond quickly and they just get it done. Period.
