This company is not at all transparent in their operations. There isn't a phone number published on their website, and none of their employees have a phone number in their signature. As a customer, it constantly leaves me in a state of stress because they only operate by email and take ages to reply. They have very high turnover, they apparently do not treat their employees well, and the management of our project is not at all what was promised.

As a web developer, I was looking for a new web host for my clients. The previous host I used was bought out by another company, and their hosting became unreliable and their customer support virtually non-existant. So I looked for a new host that obviously had good reviews, 24/7/365 customer support, ColdFusion support, and competitive pricing. I was fortunate to come across EPhost. Their hosting just works. I don't believe there has been a single bit of downtime, or any issue for that matter, since I moved my clients to EPhost. And their customer support is top-notch. They have extensive phone support hours and respond to emails very quickly.
