I just went to "Kaz Software", and I had a terrific time. They had a lovely office, and the staff was very kind. A session covering AI, current trends, .NET, Flutter, basic programming, and QA assurance was held for recent grads and CSE students. Beginners found the course to be very beneficial and educational. I really admired their proficiency with QA services and.NET. The trainers gave straightforward explanations of everything. The chance to learn about market trends was excellent. For prospective developers, Kaz Software offers great advice overall.

I’m a student of CSE department at Daffodil International University. Last semester, our class (Section 61_I) requested our teacher, Ms. Faiza Feroz, to arrange an industry visit so that we could know the gap between academic and industry work and also learn something from industry experts. Thanks to her hard work, we visited KAZ Software, a top IT company in Bangladesh, on January 29, 2025.
KAZ Software welcomed us warmly. The first thing I notice is their office's classy interior design and friendly work environment. They organized a seminar where we learned about industry needs, networking skills, AI impact in the software industry and a question-answer session. The sessions were very interactive and I was fully focused on it. They also served snacks and coffee, which was really needed to recharge my battery. One quote from Shafiul Parvez Vai during the seminar that stuck with me permanently was: "The reward for good work is more work. If you want to maintain a steady flow of income, you need to keep doing good work."
Among all services of KAZ Software, I personally interested in Data, Content, and Research because it helps collect, organize, and improve information, making it easier to use and understand. It also involves gathering useful insights and managing content in different formats. Also in Tools and Frameworks, I like the Python World. Which consists technology like Django, South, Celery and Tornado. It would be awesome if I could join KAZ Software’s AI team after my graduation .
I wish I could have seen their actual coding environment, but with 40 students and teachers, it was hard for them to manage also they have some security protocols. Still, the visit was amazing! It inspired me to find the gap between industry and academic study also give me an accelerator to improve my skill.
Finally a big thanks to Ms. Faiza Feroz for organizing this visit and to KAZ Software team for hosting us. It was a superb learning experience that will stay with me forever.
