I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role.
After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented.
The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation.
I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully.
Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.
There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.
The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.
Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

If you have another offer in hand then please don't choose Tatvasoft. More pollitics not employee friendly environment no festival celebration no facilities.Even not good colleagues.Management is also biased, they only listen to higher authorities like managers vp.
