This included data normalization (like cleaning up dictated policy numbers) and fuzzy matching for insurance company names so the AI could process requests accurately. The team and their PM were flexible, always willing to adapt sprint goals to our changing needs. They provided transparent updates on backend and frontend progress, delivered continuous design iterations, and tested all new features on schedule. What stood out most was their technical expertise and ability to work independently. By actively reviewing test call transcripts, they continuously refined the AI's logic with minimal oversight. They brought great ideas to the table, responded quickly, and delivered a top-tier product.
