Bitbranding 's OSO program is simply amazing. I'd say its an answered prayer. The program is packed with everything literally, From beginners to seasoned experts, everyone will learn a great deal. I've been in business for over 7 years but in the last 6 months of being part of the program, I've made a tremendous amount of progress just by following their advice and doing the course and I'm not even halfway done yet.The team is so warm and patient, every question is valid, they never make you feel awkward for asking any questions at all. It's amazing how everyone is so easy to work with and make you feel like you're priority.I'll recommend the OSO course over and over again. Its definitely worth it.

We highly recommend Refuge Marketing - they were able to help us get an action plan together quickly to start generating leads. Although we had been publishing high quality content about 2x week, we were not seeing the same response rate this year and business had slowed quite a bit. We are a small, local business and did not have a huge marketing budget, so we could not afford to hire them as full-time marketing team. Instead of turning us away, they offered us an affordable alternative with the 30-day Marketing program that we could implement ourselves with support from their team.The program taught us that new social media algorithms replaced the old ways of self promotion on social media for our business category, Landscaping (as well as many other service-based businesses) and taught us how to play in the new world. Key to the program was how to engage the audience with actionable content and increase visibility and lead acquisitions through call-to-actions, hooks, gifting information, frequency, timing and platforms. The course additionally provided a a means to get organized, along with way to track and schedule posts.We immediately saw an increase in responsiveness from new and former clients! I hired Design Studio over two years ago to build a website with a built in ChatGPT API. They initially told me the project would be done in only a couple of months, but it has dragged on and on and they still aren’t close despite the fact that I’ve paid into the tens of thousands of dollars for their services. I often can’t get in touch with them for months at a time and am now in the process of finding an attorney to hopefully get something of the time and money I’ve wasted with them back. I would avoid this company at all costs if you ever hope to get your project launched.

We worked with Joe Parker and a team of other people at MetaDesign to develop a website for rare disease organization. The strengths of MetaDesign are the willingness to communicate, work out issues/problems, unlimited number of edits, and ability to take feedback. The challenge we had was the person uploading copy repeatedly made mistakes with the copy that needed to be corrected (an editor's nightmare, but was fixed every time when we pointed it out).We were very happy with the design they came up with and it fit the requirements we needed. We went in with a very strong idea of what we wanted, how much copy we wanted, the pages, tabs, etc., and they were able to deliver exactly what we asked for. There was some lag time, but that was due to timing issues on our end.I'm not sure you'll ever be able to find a web designer/builder from scratch, at an affordable price, and not have some issues. When we did, we were always able to work them out with discussion and lots of screenshots!We are very happy with the final product. No bugs -- works perfectly!
