Working with KickCharge Creative has been great for all three services that we have paid for. The first, was a total rebrand of our moving company in Austin. They came up with the name, Boxer Buddies, with a friendly mascot that has been doing a great job in our market so far. For the rebrand we worked mainly with Gina, Jessica and Jesse. All three of these people are easy to work with and very experienced when it comes to home service branding. Thanks guys! For the website build and continuing SEO services we have been working with Nicole and Alyse. They are both top notch at what they do and I would highly recommend all of the employees that I've interacted with thus far. I've spoken with Dan, the owner, at a conference and I can tell he cares and is a master at his craft. His book, "Branded Not Blanded", was a great read and I recommend reading that if you know you need to rebrand. Glad we took this route and our business is doing much better after rebranding. Techcelerant created an absolutely amazing logo for our company. UPDATE: After a great 1st experience with Techcelerant, we decided to hire them again to design our website. We hired them in April with a contract stating that we would have a completed website in 20-30 days. We paid them $500 upfront, at their insistence. As of October 22nd, we STILL have not received the website. I am a single mother with a disabled child and $500 is a lot of money for me! They don’t care. They (Adam in particular) have completely stopped responding to all attempts of communication, whether it be phone call or email. They STOLE my money. DO NOT HIRE TECHCELERANT. Listen to the other reviews. They will take your money and run, leaving you six months behind schedule and having to start over at square one!!!!

I had this company double-bill my credit card, and they would not resolve it - so got billed both times. I had made an agreement with Abid M, who left the company before dispute was settled. I called one day to talk to Abid, but I knew immediately it was NOT Abid. The mannerisms and voice tone were different. I asked to be transferred to Account Pay to resolve the dispute and receive my credit. When Natasha (whom I find out later is the COO) answered, and said, "Thank you Reynold". I told her that Reynold answered the phone and identified himself as Abid. I said why are you impersonating ex- employees? I had had multiple problems before this incident, and disputes with multiple credit cards because they were not doing the work they had agreed upon. My site was never completed to standard. The only honest employees that got ANYTHING done on website left the company. This place is as crooked as they come. Find another web company.

This thief contacted me after stating he was notified by another scam website bark.com. I have all the communications. he did not provide any of the work that was promised and when i asked for a refund he repeatedly promised that a refund was coming AND JUST KEPT PLAYING GAMES AND GOING IN CIRCLES. none of the work promised was completed the feedback was not even read and i was dealing with fakes for 4 weeks.
