Hi. While my problems were finally resolved when your technician remote connected to my laptop, the problem was created in the first place by the initial reply I got from protected harbor. All I was looking for initially was to reload the remote desktop app but the link I got ended up messing up my parallels desktop implementation. For a larger company that needs a complete managed service with a lot of employees maybe they are better suited? For a small company sales office like mine, with only 5 employees they were nothing short a nightmare. Techs were all great and very professional. Their billing department and their overall communication were terrible. Their sales team sold us products we never needed and they never followed up on things we actually wanted done. We asked them to address modernizing our office , setting up a cloud based server. Never happened. We had a 15 year old data server with less than 500 Gigs of data on it. We signed up with them in May 2023. We wanted their "monitored" pay as you go service, I asked them to provide what charges would be to set up a cloud based data server based on their own sales team suggestion before we signed up. After 3 attempts over several months, I was finally notified in August they would need to charge us 8 hours of billed time to provide what was needed to do that. This was after they already onboarded us and already had inventory of what we had. Having friends in the IT industry they told me something just didn't sound right and this forced me to educate myself on Microsoft 365 services, which we were already paying for I might add. I came to find out they basically wanted $1200 of extra charges just to tell us to move our data to SharePoint. They sold us an email filter program that they set up and installed which ended up blocking legit emails for our business, then when we needed to get those emails sent to our inbox they charged us billing time to do it, then charged us AGAIN to remove the program entirely when they installed and set up the program and it never worked. They opened tickets on our 15 year data server we were never told about, and then billed us time out of our hours block without ever notifying us about it until we saw the bill. Ultimately over 4 weeks time I moved all our data to SharePoint myself, removed our old data server from our network. Our Microsoft accounts were upgraded and all our employees can now work remotely if they chose with file access anywhere with all the benefits of Microsoft defender and malware endpoint security which has been configured also by myself ( Keep in mind I don’t consider myself an IT expert by any means and was able to do all this on my own with a little bit of research). We’re getting almost no email spam now and our dependency on a 15 year old data server is gone. Sadly this all came with no help from Verity IT and instead thousands of extra dollars in fees for things we never needed that could have been avoided. Now 3 months since terminating our relationship our office data sharing system runs flawlessly and we have had not 1 technical issue.

We sought out an experienced WEB design company to construct the WEB pages for our small Craft Distillery. What we were looking for was a combination of experience, efficiency and cost and with Gallagher Website Design we obtained all three.First, in my research I looked for a company that had a history and found this with Gallagher Design. We indicated to Gallagher Website Design what we were looking for and the aesthetics that we desired in our pages. This was very important to me as our goal was to have something different and yet pleasing to the eye. In no time at all they had a number of differing options for us to select from and we immediately selected a particular style, and were able to incorporate items from the other examples that we found pleasing.Once we had made the primary selections, again it was in short order that they presented us with a WEB design fully integrating the changes and suggestions we made. They listened to our suggestions, helping us along the way to obtain what we want.Once the primary creation was done, they even helped me to understand WordPress, the WEB design tool they used. This was essential as I was responsible for maintaining the pages (we are a small company) and I had a lot to learn. Gallagher Website Design was there helping me when needed and always quickly responded to my questions.Finally, the cost was important to us, but we did not want to suffer quality as a result of cost. We priced other options, but in the end we are extremely satisfied with both the results and the cost. As my mother always said "you get what you pay for" and we definitely obtained everything that we asked for, and at a very reasonable cost.In the end, I would highly recommend Gallagher Website Design. I put in a ticket to have my laptop repaired. My hinge have broken after a previous warranty repair. Although it did take a while for my ticket to be processed it was definitely worth it. I was able to keep up with the repair process due to very thorough and constant communication about the process. Everything was explained and I was given an opportunity to accept repairs before any additional work outside of the initial quote was completed. The photos of all of the damage and work being completed from the business was very helpful as well! Nghia and his team are top class.Could not ask for a better group of guys to work with. For our websites, this team always followed up with us for suggested edits. This has to be one of my worst experiences with customer service. I submit a helpdesk ticket weekly and have never received a timely response, let alone a response within the time span that is promised. I currently have a simple request that has been outstanding since June 12th with John Arriga. Not only is the entire team inept at professional and timely communication but there seems to be a true lack of knowledge around technology. Troubleshooting can take hours and oftentimes doesn't end in resolution so it results in me traveling to a brick and mortar IT support shop where I've found, on 2 separate occasions, my issues solved. I highly encourage anyone in need of tech support to look elsewhere.
