My experience with Klientboost was a complete dumpster fire, so I would highly recommend you AVOID this unethical company.I engaged with Klientboost with the goal of improving the performance of my ecommerce brand. Onboarding was OK, with Elisha and her team when they gather information about my business. For the first 2 weeks they developed a strategy that they presented to me, with the goal of improving my business. The next 2 weeks was spent executing that strategy before I realized I had wasted my time and money. Klientboost's strategy was a complete failure and all of my KPIs were worse off compared to before I engaged with Klientboost. That includes ROAS, # of Purchases, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. Before my business was consistent, and as soon as Klientboost took over, everything just plummeted. I paid an additional $1500 for "creatives". What I received back was a quote or short text, overlayed on my existing photos. There was no creativity whatsoever. This was a complete waste.Klientboost's big selling pitch is during the first 30 days they will make changes to improve your business performance, and those 30 days will be the benchmark for their next goal of increasing results by 20%. What actually happened is that they lowered my performance during the first 30 days, so that they could return to what I had before in the following days, so it is clear how they achieved their stated "20% growth goal". Very unethical.I highly recommend you avoid Klientboost!

Working with the Zoek team on our new nonprofit's website, branding, and marketing has been such a wonderful experience from start to finish. As a brand-new nonprofit, we came to them with big ideas, some pretty out-there descriptions of what we were picturing, and honestly, a lot to figure out along the way and they took every bit of it and brought it to life better than we could have imagined. Our logo, especially, came from some genuinely wild descriptions on my part, and they somehow turned that into exactly what we didn't know we needed. Jason is an absolute MVP and handled our website with so much skill and patience. Marlene brought incredible creativity to our design and marketing materials every time I sent over an idea, she made it better. And Kesley has been our go-to connection to the whole team, always communicating clearly and making sure everything stayed on track. We selected them to redesign our Drupal website and then provide ongoing support related to design, development, and hosting. Some of requirements of the redesign project included: a multi-program registration portal, integration with 3rd party systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce, payment platforms), merging content/users from a second website into our main one, and redeveloping a custom test scoring and reporting tool used by volunteers. Our website is utilized by several distinct constituent groups, and addressing their very different needs often requires complex functionality and workflows. Their team has been excellent at navigating these challenges and implementing systems that satisfy user requirements. We hired WebiMax to assist with our reputation management online. We had specific goals of shifting positive content that was relevant to our business to the first page of a search. WebiMax has a clear and concise complexion report that they provided every month with a Project Management summary that was easy to understand. There really weren't in downsides to using WebiMax since their contract was also really flexible and it allowed us to use their services based on our timeline.
