Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience. Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. A very serious and competent agency, focused on objectives and not just profit. This is highly commendable and increasingly rare behavior, demonstrating several things: 1) they're most likely financially sound, otherwise they'd be chasing every single euro; 2) they consider the client a long-term investment; 3) they have a vision of partnership with the client that will lead to them being repaid for their work, which consequently reassures the client about the choices they've made together.
