Our logo, especially, came from some genuinely wild descriptions on my part, and they somehow turned that into exactly what we didn't know we needed. Jason is an absolute MVP and handled our website with so much skill and patience. Marlene brought incredible creativity to our design and marketing materials every time I sent over an idea, she made it better. And Kesley has been our go-to connection to the whole team, always communicating clearly and making sure everything stayed on track. What stood out most is how well this team listens and communicates. They took our vision seriously, asked the right questions, and delivered work we're genuinely proud to put our name on. Some of requirements of the redesign project included: a multi-program registration portal, integration with 3rd party systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce, payment platforms), merging content/users from a second website into our main one, and redeveloping a custom test scoring and reporting tool used by volunteers.
