Excellent choice if you are looking for an answering service! I compared several companies and this one seemed to be the best of all of them and it has been wonderful! Jessica and Deb were great helping get everything set up and they are very responsive. The whole service has ran so smoothly and we are no longer missing calls from potential clients. Absolutely recommend them!

DONT SHOP HEREWORST SERVICE WE EVER HAD.THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...They nor picking up on calls, we had our phone company test system..The calls ring 7 times and goes to voicemail..We're basically retired we take certain project maybe 12 calls a month 5 weeks and they have not picked up 1 call as of yet..I should have not even hired them they blamed the phone company after that was disproven they blamed me.Like I was not doing my part to forward the calls.They then said we'll if you cannot help diagnose the problem we will cancel you...I can only say it clearly, the call comes in the call goes to you and gets sent back to our voicemail because you failed to pick up...I can only forward the call answering the call is up to you.These other review must be employees doing review for them..Most people with something bad will not bother writing one we take the time to be sure people know what we had to go thru and warn others.

We learned about Attorney assistant at a legal conference and shortly thereafter we engaged their service services. We cannot say it anymore plainly that the company has the greatest team in the world. We greatly appreciate working with Natalia, Ian and our remote assistance. Steven and Santiago. We are a digital marketing agency and have been using SAS for the past three months. I'm so happy with this service. They screen all our calls, and have saved us so much time and hassles having to deal with spam calls. They've also been really helpful in building out instructions for their team to ensure that each call from either current clients or prospective customers is handled in the right way. And I love that they are always aiming to improve -- every time I suggest a new way to handle calls, they immediately implement the suggestion. We use SAS answering service for our after hour needs for our guests at our boutique hotel. They are great and I love the format how they send the messages of the missed calls.
