Our experiences with OTHER agencies indicate that they often utilize PBNs and shady general sites for links. The links we got from SureOak were from real niche-specific blogs. While there were some form of lower-level, cookie-cutter sites included, here and there, as you'll find with any backlink agency, the amount and quality of most of the links were impressive. Real people with real blogs and websites in our niche linking out to us. I highly recommend them. Though they may be a little more expensive than other agencies, their professionalism, communication, and procedures were top-notch. Ad spend increased dramatically and cost per conversion skyrocketed.  They claimed because revenue was increasing that they did their job.  We add new brands weekly so revenue was growing before and after them.  Cost per conversion/ROAS went into the dumps and we were unprofitable.  Yet they still use us as a success case study on their website.  Since then google reps took over and overhauled the structure of the campaign, saying it was clunky and wrong.
