I hired Design Studio over two years ago to build a website with a built in ChatGPT API. They initially told me the project would be done in only a couple of months, but it has dragged on and on and they still aren’t close despite the fact that I’ve paid into the tens of thousands of dollars for their services. I often can’t get in touch with them for months at a time and am now in the process of finding an attorney to hopefully get something of the time and money I’ve wasted with them back. I would avoid this company at all costs if you ever hope to get your project launched.

We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon. Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support. Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.

Wael at Nimbus did us super solid for our upcoming hotel website. If you're looking for a talented Houston web design agency that is honest, affordable and decisive, we highly recommend using them. Wael helped us through every stage of the website development: from wireframing the individual pages and planning the entire site structure, to implementing our vision down to color scheme and animations. He wasn't as cheap as some of the other quotes we got, but his attention to detail and thoughtful recommendations during the initial interviews before we sent payment made us confident he was the right man for the job. Again, were very glad we chose Nimbus media for our SEO optimized website design and will be working with Wael for our next project for sure!

I am unable to suggest Webinopoly. 40–45 business days were quoted to me for completion. On business day 100, I gave a lawyer a call. I had to keep asking for updates because they weren't given out freely without first asking. Industry speak was beyond my grasp. $11,000 was dropped. In the end, I never received a website from them. When I returned to screen-shotting bad reviews for my legal case, the reviews I was looking for had vanished. I'm not going to delete this review.
