smallnormous is an enormous partner in the gamut of marketing communications. Recently, Jennifer and Eric worked with me and my firm to overhaul our branding and website. Their design thinking is incomparable on both the creative and copy side. I would have been thrilled just by this, but their expertise extends far beyond this. They were each prepared to challenge my thinking in a very good way. The result was far better than I could have expected. Worst media company ever!!! They never pick up their phone or return emails!!!! 4 months I have been calling them about a billing issue, and no response. The place stays clean for most of the time. The elevator is conveniently placed. Accessible restaurants near by. Music constantly being played. The views from the second floor are relaxing. Offices are spacious. Ramps for easy access.

If you are looking to use this company, you may want to take a second to read over this review before you do so. This is one of the worst companies that i have worked with. In the beginning, it will seem great. They will tell all the things that you want to hear and you will sign a contract with them but BEWARE! Although you will sign a contract with them, they will not fulfill their end of their contract and at the end of the project, they will try to milk you for more money.Also, although the site is based in America, they hire people from China etc.. to do their work so although you will be shelling out American dollars, you are actually paying for someone in their house in India or China to do his/her job. All, in all, i was completely unsatisfied with the site that they did for me. Please feel free to reach out to me so i can tell you details and to show you receipts. I will even show you the contract! and how much money i paid for a project that really should have been half less than what i paid.I had to find others to clean up the mess this company made and the people that looked at my site said it was one of the worst that they have ever encountered!!!!Ps: I gave this company a “1” for effort…

I am leaving a review for UpGrow, the digital marketing agency. This organization is unethical in their billing. DO NOT USE! I made multiple attempts to work with them and provide grace. I cancelled my account in Jan 2025. They started billing me in December 2025 with no authorization. I contacted them, they apologized, assured me it would not happen again, and then billed me two more times in the same month. They operate outside ethical and moral guidelines.
