Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience.Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. I was referred to Ronald from a couple of the guys down south. We have a 20-bed facility, so we don't need a lot. Location is a little tricky to get into because of nearby construction, but the food is well worth a little extra effort to get there!-Actually got a Grubhub order from here, so I can’t accurately review the service or atmosphere, but I can tell you that the food is AMAZING! I ordered the burnt ends burger and it was delicious. The bbq burnt ends were tender atop a nice hamburger patty and the combination of the two totally rocked. I ordered caramelized onions on top of mine and did not regret spending a little extra for such a lovely flavor blend. The order also came with queso for the burger, but I opted to use the queso for my order of onion rings and was happy with that decision as well. Pricing was very fair for the amount of food they give you. Overall, I was really impressed and I’m looking forward to visiting this establishment in person next time; and oh yes, there will be a next time😋

The owner is a top notch guy. He takes care of us every time we come in, including carving out a small area of a reserved section so we could have a place to sit.
